NAME
       SUBSTR_COUNT - Count the number of substring occurrences

SYNOPSIS
       #include <my_string.h>

       int Substr_count(char *haystack, char *needle);

DESCRIPTION
       The  Substr_count() returns the number of times the
       needle substring occurs in the haystack string.
